They're not as wealthy or pretentious, so no. But they're still pretty bad, they're very cliquey and rush solely based on looks. People say Pi phi is more attractive in general because they rush according to looks whereas theta rushes on half looks half money. Pi phi still hazes pretty bad though. They make their freshman strip and streak across the street and jump into phi pools pool every bid day at midnight and all the guys watch.
