I wouldn't worry too much! Houses usually don't have COB events more than once or rarely twice a month. So they may have just not organized one yet. I would keep waiting, maybe a month or so and if no reply I would email back just so that they understand you are interested. Recruitment chairs have a lot to do, so there's always a possibility that they accidentally forgot to respond to you or just got caught up in something else. But, not replying also is another way to turn someone down unfortunately. Someone in the house may know a cob and may put in a bad word, in which case the house isn't going to waste any time trying to recruit that person. But this is more of a rare case!
