Incoming freshman, fall rush can be very confusing. Every fraternity does there best to put on a show for yall on why they are the best. However you dont see the real sides of each fraternity. I put together a short list of who to avoid and why, and who to consider and why. Avoid: Dchi- yes they are top tier, however, they are 1 broken rule away from getting kicked off campus. For them to last this long already, has been a miracle. Avoid them if you don't want to be in a fraternity that only has a year or 2 left. Tchi- Tchi was once top 3, however they were carried by their older guys. Now, Tchi is left with a bunch of creepy middle eastern guys. They are on the downfall big time. Ask anyone, they'll agree. Consider- Fiji- Fiji is fairly new but is really on the come up. They have good sorority relations which helps them a lot. They can push top tier within the next year or so. SigEp- SigEp always has so much potential. They recruit hard, they get good guys. But something seems to be holding them back internally. If they fix that, they as well could be on their way along with fiji. Saftey pick- PIKE. Pike isn't going anywhere. They will be top tier until something bad happens to them. However they are pretty basic and have too many cliques within. Check out PIKE for safety, but you may have a better experience elsewhere. Any questions? Post below. Good luck to everyone rushing
