I dont know whos down worse tchi or phi mu. Phi mu is letting pikapp take them to homecoming with one of the worst banners ive seen in my 4 years here, my high school promposal looked better. They didnt even wear suits just a pikapp shirt LOL. And tchi how did yall fold on all 3 top tier srats and then couldnt get organized to ask zeta.
