For anyone wondering about the true state of pike and t chi the greek rank discussion board notorious to be #1s because they are spamming the discussion board w it. Pike: All their members graduating this year, don’t care about the frat like they used to, or are kicked out the frat after a breaking and entry last semester, only got a 13 person pc out of the whole yr, actives are down to 30-40, lost lots of properties, their main chapter house isn’t even completely full right now, their sorority relations are still there due to being previously built but also are hampered after the breaking and entry, but are on the down T Chi: bidded a ton of idiot frat rejects last spring because they weren’t aloud to recruit in the fall due to unfortunate circumstances, sorority relations are definitely top for now because girls are deciding between pikapp and pike but are now quick to go t chi as the safe option, are more up after the pike situation, they have potential to stay up but their ego is gonna be the death of them because they are all hotheads
