Does it bother anyone else that some ifc fraternities are not diverse ? for example vcu and the city of Richmond is almost 50% black yet frats like phi psi akl and kdr have like 3 people of color each... and they all have over 50 members.... and I never see many people of color at their events either. . And then you have frats like pi kapp and theta chi that are more proportionate and have up to half of them not being white which is more representative of the area. Why is it like this? What is different ?
