Not at all accurate . The 4 most dominant social fraternities are pike, Theta Chi, Fiji, and Dchi (although Dchi has been falling). They all throw great socials that people look forward too. All of which are top tier fraternities for a reason. Pi Kapp is still new and isn’t even close socially yet and is the reason they are mid tier at best, no where near top tier and the rest of those fraternities socially
