DG and KD aren't on the same level as APhi. APhi mixes with top fraternities and consistently gets PCs on the same level as the top tier. DG mixes with good frats more than KD does and does consistently better than KD. Also I know people love to hate KKG and DDD, but I would put them above the rest because they're very close with the top fraternities and highly selective during recruitment. Obviously 2/4 PC's in DDD aren't great but their newest one is hot and I don't see them making the same mistakes again. KKG's wasn't great this year but 3/4 of their PC's are good, especially last year's. AXO is consistently good but not really outstanding. Still close with top frats though.
