Real Take Sig chi, phi sig, sig nu and DTD are all good. Only thing about DTD is a lot of kids are from the same feeder schools and the spring class isn’t close with fall class. Sig ep still mixes with good sororities but is hated by pretty much everyone. Beta and Pi kapp are lower but still nice dudes and a good fit for a lot of guys who go under the radar. Lamda- no comment 😂
