rather than kappa and tridelt arguing for top house, lets say they're equal. both loved by the same fraternities. disliked by some people for similar reasons. axo has been low key lately and they are about as involved on campus as aphi. aphi is just about as trendy and pretty as axo, aphi is probably just less edgy and has better social media presence. as axo is falling and aphi is rising, its easy to say they're lower top tier. aphi is also known as top house at almost every school so that helps them. kd and dg will always be middle tier. xo is pretty much there too. all of them associate with beta and pikap. agd and pi phi are just another story. bottom tier. final rankings: DDD/KKG AXO/APhi KD/DG/XO AGD/PiPhi
