Agreed about ATO, although i think they're on the rise. Probably next in line if one of the other 3 gets in trouble or off campus. Until then though TKE/Sigma Pi/Kappa Sig are on top and will probably stay there for a while. With new fraternities coming on in the fall there will be a bigger divide between the top 3 and the rest of them.
