I don’t know. But I don’t think they would be allowed to recruit if they were truly suspended. They could be on probation maybe? Drama for sure. If they were suspended they would not be allowed to take a pledge class. But it has happened before at another university. Where they closed the chapter down after bid day. I would ask someone in the Panhellenic office if you were thinking they will end up on your final 2 for pref.
