I have been told that chapters who SAID they were able to give out spring bids, were all of a sudden not allowed to because Panhellenic lowered quota. How is that okay? Why would Pan think it's okay to lower quota DURING spring recruitment? Furthermore, why is nobody holding them accountable for their decision? That's totally unreasonable and unfair to any girl who went to the expo and got their hopes up. In fact, in their "rules" online it clearly states that totals and quotas can only be altered 72 hours AFTER recruitment. Spring everything was handled unbelievably poorly by Panhellenic, and I am just wondering why.
