sure hope no one would be dumb enough to make a self rank this obvious. probably an attempt to make aopi look bad just like there are ones making dz and axo and tri delt bad for "self ranking" when it most likely wasn't them. all you have to do to target a chapter is give them a really high rank and watch all the "just stop____" comments to flood in. it's too easy.
