if you treat/view someone differently based on their "tier" or "rank" I honestly feel sorry for you. Here at UT my sorority isn't so great, but it's mine and I try to enjoy it. However, girls will be girls & secretly it makes some of y'all so happy to put down others because you wear certain letters. Tiers are perpetuated by insecure girls who want lower houses to continue to be considered low & make girls feel bad about where they ended up and keep themselves up on this podium. Hell, we get amazing girls some top houses wouldn't look at because they didn't have recs or didn't know anyone. I used to be bitter about where I am, but honestly I can look in the mirror & say I'm pretty, I'm smart, and I don't give a rat's behind about what letters someone wears. Get over yourselves and enjoy college and your sisterhood without ruining other people's experience. Saying a house is bottom only prevents girls from enjoying some place they could be really happy. I know. Hearing crap about my house had me considering dropping, but then I realized how insecure & unhappy the girls who need to put down others are and I stopped caring. Please support other women, regardless of the letters.
