On the surface, we look at the information you submit when you sign up for recruitment. Are you a legacy? Do you have a decent GPA? Were you involved in high school? All of those things are important, but the most important is that you have a good reputation, you are put together, and you have a great personality. If you have a bad reputation, look like you just rolled out of bed, or are rude and boring, we probably will not invite you back.
