Pi phi is definitely still bottom tier but you have to admit that they're improving. They should have placed higher at lip sync, but none the less they came out of no where and really surprised a lot of chapters. They won some stuff at homecoming and they're doing well in frat philanthropy events. This years pledge class has some pretty girls in it to and they're definitely one of the nicest chapters. They still have a lot of work to do but they're definitely doing better.
