Has it ever occurred to you that a lot of girls CHOOSE the house they are in for the right reasons and don't just pick it because they were dropped from a "better" house? I dropped a couple of the houses you consider top (with no "leftovers") and picked the house I am in because I saw myself fitting in there. Also, there are OOS girls in EVERY chapter.
