Everyone is using snap bids as a negative thing towards a chapter. yes, chapters give out snap bids to keep quota, but that's not necessarily because members are dropping. Girls that have internships and that study abroad aren't included in that semesters' chapter quota so you have to do snap bids to maintain numbers. It's definitely not entirely fair to say a chapter is bag because they have out some when they really could be an amazingly involved chapter that has girls all over the country/world studying and working.
