If we are being honest, there are really only 5 potential "Elite" frats, but two really stand out. Tiers (Order within rank) 1. SN and SX- Top two, every sorority likes them, best looking guys, lots of money in both. SN has better guys, SX has better parties 2. SAE and PIKE- SAE has probably the most money on campus based on the guys I have met, kind of odd though and stay to themselves, also a little too southern for some girls. Pike has a lot of good guys, but a lot of weird creepy guys too, doesn't have the consistency of the frats in tier one. 3. Fiji- Off brand Pike, that's basically it. Every girl I have ever talked to say they are solid, but more weird guys than pike and seems like they are trying to be something that they are not. 4- Lambda- Good parties, mid guys, top of top guys could go to any of the houses above but for some reason chose lambda. Overall definition of MID. After this not much worth ranking
