i've been hearing about new row for 2 years. wtf is it? half the ppl tell me they're going to tear up old row, other half tells me UT is building new houses there. why is it mentioned if nothing has even begun? How many chapters with good membership even need a house? And why would any org want the school to build their house, meaning UT can just yoink the house, instead of nationals?
