I think this will change a lot next year as more and more out-of-state students enroll at UTK. I think two of the historically local in-state houses in the top tier will drop in rank with a few years. Two of those dropped a lot of great out-of-state girls before the first round. I know they have some OOS but they also are known to have rosters of pnms from hometowns before Go Greek round even begins.
