The truth is that ADPI and CHIO are not that strong at UT any more...middle tier at best. They used to be top but have recruited poorly the last two years, handing out snap bids to meet quota. They CONTINUALLY post stuff putting them as top tier and they are not. What they don't realize is that EVERYONE knows you are no longer top tier so NOBODY would keep posting it OVER and OVER. Anybody who just went through recruitment will tell you neither were top on their list. Personally, I dropped ADPI first round and CHIO second.
