Close. Alpha Gamma Delta will probably purchase the house. When Pi Phi celebrated its 150th anniversary in 2017 there were 140 collegiate chapters but today only 133. Nine collegiate chapters have closed and only 2 new chapter colonized in past six years. Very sad.
