Seems you would only be happy if only each pnm were given the option of choosing the chapter she desires. No more choosing of women by chapters, only marketing and selling by each group to the women. Thus, it's perfectly possible that {insert your idea of a highly desirable chapter} might end up with a capped number of 300 new members versus {insert your idea of a less desirable chapter} ending up with only 30 new members. Which, when you do the math, will likely mean far fewer total women actually experiencing greek life than under there are under current RFM system.
