To clarify why some fraternities are missing: These rankings take a look at the fraternities who participate in ALL campus activities, including excelling at social events. If they have not demonstrated an ability to do so, they have been left off. AGR is the biggest name not to make it to the list, because frankly I have never heard of an AGR party. They may exist, but for me to rank them I need to know of this existence.. They are however THE king of homecoming at Tennessee, which is worth mentioning.
