^^ The message about fort houses above is correct. Greek life, and the ability to party on the row, is dying. That being said, all of the organizations that have not been kicked off (yet) have a lot to offer outside of partying, and the vast majority own or are in the process of acquiring fort houses to host proper social events. If you're interested in REAL Animal House/TFM fraternity life go to Ole Miss or Alabama. You will not find it at UT.
