I’m thinking it may even things out some. If initial rounds are done on Zoom, then more than one sister can meet and talk with a PNM. Then, for the first time, the WHOLE CHAPTER can view those conversations with each PNM. Voting will no longer be on the word of just one sister but many. This means that there will be more input and discussion. So I’m thinking it could actually make the process more even. A PNM who did not come across well with the one or two sisters she met during first round can now be judged by other sisters whom she maybe have impressed. Uncharted territory....
