If girls are being added then it is by COB continuous open bidding. If some girls are dropping before pledging then a sorority will give COBs to keep their numbers up. Usually to girls with strong connections in the house. Check with Panhellenic to see about how to make it known you are interested but the best way is getting to know some of the sisters and have them pull for you.
