Greek life is a great way to get involved in whatever aspect of campus life interests you. Sororities do not have a negative reputation at UT or at most places in the South - quiet the opposite, actually. Girls from all chapters at UT enjoy their own organizations and have friends in the others. This site is a poor representative of the Panhellenic community, full of negativity and bashing for whatever reason, so take what you read here with a grain of salt. Just ignore the negative comments, be open to all of our great chapters, and make your own decision when that time comes. There are grade reports for all chapters available on the Panhellenic website if you want to compare greek women's grades to the overall student body.
