I'll be a Freshman at UT this fall and I'm moving from Chicago. When I confirmed enrollment I signed up for the Ignite Leadership Conference from the 17th to the 20th to get involved and meet people. I'm interested in sorority recruitment but the dates overlap. Is anyone else having this problem? Advice? I'm really interested in the sisterhood but academics are super important to me. I've heard that the sororities have a negative reputation but I wanted to feel it out for myself. Don't know which one would be a better option, and I'm not from around here so I don't know anyone to ask. Any advice would be helpful! Thanks!
