I am a non Greek contemplating going through rush. From the girls I have met in my classes, I find the DZ girls to be very genuine and nice. I can't say that about some of girls I have met in KD and PhiMu. I have met quite a few and get the idea that they think I am beneath them. Another house I think has really nice girls is CHIO. These girls also seem down to earth and sweet as well.
