In my group everyone talked about KD, PhiMu, and DZ. There were a few girls who talked about TriDelt and quite a few liked AXO. I heard very little about XO or ADPI unless the girls were legacies. I do have friends who pledged both and love it though. Hands down in my group PhiMu, KD, and DZ were the favorites. Not to knock any of them because I have friends in all of them, but I pledged a house not perceived as "top" and I could not be happier! Go in with an open mind and don't let top status drive your decision.
