Can I get honest opinion?

Is DZ really up on the top with Tri Delt, KD and Phi Mu? I always see them listed at the top on this website, but I've never heard that this is true IRL. I'm a senior from Nashville, coming to UTK this fall, and I just wanted to get someone to tell me how it really is up there. I always heard that KD,TriDelt and Phi Mu were good, but also heard that ADPi XO and AOPi were also good. I really hadn't heard much about DZ until I started reading about them on Greek Rank. Now every time I look at one of these "tier" ranking posts I see them at the very top (which I know I shouldn't pay attention to, and I know I should be open minded, etc) Is this how it really is?
