Many girls don't drop out because their chapters aren't good, so that;s a dumb way to judge whether a chapter is really good or not. Many drop out because of expense. Others drop because of the time commitment. Many of the "better" chapters require their members to be involved which should be the goal of every house. Many girls go into a sorority thinking it's all social, and when they discover the time commitment, they can't handle that and their workload. It has little to do with them not liking their chapters.
