This is so true and yes those top 2 last year did just what op said and sowed poorly so reaped poorly this year, from that area anyway. Chi O did get most of the best west TN girls. That doesn't mean they aren't diverse, or didn't get good girls from other places. It also doesn't mean that the other houses didn't get those girls because they are so diverse. They simply did not get the best girls from that particularl area because the rep of their house plumated in that area, when they weirdly cut great girls with great resumes last year for girls with poor reps (and worse) and mediocre to no resume, based only on looks.
