First of all "Agree," how would you know who was top tier? You were not even on campus last year. This is an underhanded attempt to bash a perfectly good chapter, and yes, probably ranked higher than yours by the majority of the campus, both Greek and non Greek. With that being said, the best sororities took girls from many areas and didn't concentrate on one area. That's what brings diversity to a chapter. Diverse houses tend to have better sisterhoods because there are no already formed "cliques." If you were to ask the majority of the girls going through rush who their number one choice was, they probably wouldn't tell you CHIO. There is nothing wrong with that. They kind of stay under the radar, but I love the CHIO's I know. I really don't think the ones I know would approve of the way you girls are bashing another chapter to promote your own.
