This is actually so true. I went to a smaller private school near Memphis and we were all not impressed with who the top tier pledged last year from our area. Literally everyone I know that was tops at BC pledged Chi O this year. Even parents were commenting on it. I wouldn't have announced it on here but did happen. The other sororities got great girls too I'm sure, but Chi O did get the most Memphis girls who are considered top.
