should PNMs ignore the tent talk, they should keep their own preferences quiet. Lots of girls end up pledging (and loving) a chapter they did not care for in the beginning. No one needs to know what you are thinking about the chapters- just keep it to yourself and let everyone think you got your first choice-even if you don't!! It's much easier to make a go of it in your second choice chapter if no one knows it wasn't the one you thought you wanted. Make a pact with your friends and try not to talk about the chapters among yourselves! You will make a better decision for yourself and everyone will avoid potential awkwardness and embarrassment.
