I would say absolutely not. It is well known KD has sisterhood issues. Many dropped a couple of years ago because of it. Their problem is they have too many girls from the same high schools. I would put at least three houses above them as "top." PhiMu is a good house, but I would not put them above TriDelt, DZ, or ADPI for that matter. It really depends what you're looking for.
