Pan adjusted total meaning that every chapter doesn't need as many girls, so as of right now the only chapters I know of that are doing it are: AOPi Chi O Tri Delt Sigma Kappa Gamma Phi (?) The rest are definitely not. I know it sucks but if you're trying to get the full experience, I would wait for formal recruitment in the fall.
