I really don't think it's that bad, but I do know of a few kds who are unhappy with their sisterhood. but then again, i know a few girls in most sororities who feel the same way. I think their main issue is that over the past year or so they've been trying really hard to be perceived as a top tier sorority, which in turn has seemed to cause drama within the chapter, and has also made them resort to dirty rushing tactics to get girls who would typically rush an actual top tier. Thus these girls join under false pretenses and then may realize that it actually isn't the type of chapter they thought it was, which may make them feel misled and unhappy.
