Girls should be looking at ADPi, Tri Delta and Delta Gamma. ADPi is regarded the best one and the other two are tied. You're all set if you manage to get at least one bid from these 3 sororities since these girls fit the sorority part. Kappa Delta also fits the sorority part but aren't top tier and you can see why when you meet them and can compare them to the top tier girls. The rest of the girls in Greek don't really fit that picture of a typical sorority girl and may be good if you weren't popular in high school but still are interested in joining a sorority.
