In reality, every organization will have a different dynamic. It's hard to say which is "better" or the "best". My advice would be to stay away from this website (as it is generally filled with a lot of negative information) and go through with an open mind. It sounds cliche, but you will want to find where you have the most natural conversations. Of course every sorority will be putting on their best face and trying their hardest to force conversation during recruitment, but the more natural and flowing your conversation the more likely that you will fit in and find your home.
