Honey, there isn't anyone who WANTS to get into D-chi. I've been there multiple times and it's disgusting, the brothers are creepy and you don't know how to show anyone a good time. Take notes from Sig Chi and Sig nu. They party but they do it well, there houses are clean and all of my sisters love them. Step it up or you won't ever become better then middle tier.
