Phi Dlet and SAE are not returning to campus. They were both kicked out during Fall 2012. Some brothers may try to recruit you, however, it's a crime to join a chapter not recognized by their nationals. Even though if you go through their pledgeship, you will not be legally a member of SAE or Phi Delta. The worst part is, they'll sucker you in for "dues" when they're not even a chapter. The only new chapter coming is FIJI. All information is provided on the USF IFC website.
