These are insecure people who try to compensate for their lack of power by posting here anonymously. I promise you, NO ONE who posts here will say the same things in person. So completely ignore them. Go through recruitment so you can show these people that you are not intimidated by a system that is predominantly white. Go through recruitment so you can make your way through a system that these same people try to keep you out of.
