Looks play a role but also 1.) How we'll the chapter does in IMs 2.) Does the chapter have a house especially on-campus. I didn't see the Sigma Chi post but "looks" are more about how you dress. Yes the guys at Sigma Chi look handsome like me but there are some not so handsome guys too. You can change all of that by buying a pair of Sperries.
