You don’t know her past, the type of person she is, and what she did/said to people. You are dumb asf if you think you know a girl 100% through 10-minute superficial conversations. Unless you hang out with this girl and actually go to events with her and have conversations with her, you don’t know what she is like. During recruitment, you can’t truly know a girl or guy properly. If you think you do, then you should improve your social skills. You don’t know her or her record history.
