Telling people they shouldn’t care about tier but ending the comment by clearly implying that PNMs should consider the traditionally lower ranked houses in “tier” order by saying “I would choose either of these chapters over XYZ and I would possibly choose ABC over them (definitely over HIJ)”... okay, seems like there’s some definite bias here that this person is trying to make appear neutral in order to sway PNMs
